Nectar processes real estate prompts and customer-authorized property intelligence so subscribed agencies can retrieve owner, listing, market, and outreach evidence inside Nectar surfaces and ChatGPT.
Data We Process
We process prompts, search filters, property identifiers, listing URLs, permit numbers, unit references, address text, and agency account metadata needed to answer real estate intelligence requests.
When the customer account is authorized, Nectar can query property, owner, lead, and market evidence stored in Google Cloud services such as BigQuery and Firestore-backed audit stores.
Contact Data
Owner and customer contact details are protected. Public or no-auth testing should return masked contacts. Unmasked contact details require the correct customer entitlement, scope, or operator approval.
WhatsApp execution is approval-gated. Nectar may draft or queue messages only when the user has the required permission and confirmation path.
Retention And Audit
Usage and feature-request records may be stored for quota enforcement, support, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
Runtime secrets, OAuth tokens, operator approval codes, and private sessions are not committed to the product repository.
