Nectar support handles app access, assistant workflow issues, lookup quality reports, billing/package questions, and guarded outreach troubleshooting.

Support Channels

For the launch draft, support is handled directly by the Nectar operator team. Add the production support email or helpdesk URL before public app submission.

Urgent lookup-quality issues can also be submitted from the ChatGPT App through the connector feature-request or Codex work-request lane.

What To Include

Include the plain-English prompt, listing URL or identifier, target area/building, expected result, current result, and whether the issue involves owner evidence, PF scans, DXB ROI, Unit Bot, or WhatsApp approval.
