Permitted Use
Nectar is intended for legitimate real estate intelligence, owner lookup, market analysis, lead review, and guarded outreach by subscribed agency users.
Users must comply with applicable platform, telecom, data protection, and real estate rules when using retrieved intelligence or messaging workflows.
Evidence Labels
Nectar distinguishes verified evidence from candidate-only matches. Candidate results should not be treated as official ownership or below-original-price proof unless the answer explicitly says verification is available.
Market and ROI outputs are analytical signals, not financial, legal, or valuation advice.
Protected Actions
Live WhatsApp sends, unmasked contacts, live scan queues, raw data output, and Unit Bot queues require the right account scope and approval path.
Codex work requests created through Nectar are stored for implementation review and do not execute arbitrary code from ChatGPT.
